Discussions and perspectives at the annual scClim stakeholder workshop
At the 2024 scClim stakeholder workshop hosted by Swiss Re, we had an extensive update among the project’s scientists and stakeholders, including an interactive part to collect feedback and ideas about the project and future directions.
After two brief updates about last year’s research conducted in the scClim project and at Swiss Re, we had two inspiring interactive sessions with our scClim stakeholders. In the first session, we gathered important feedback for the scClim hail damage assessment prototype and discussed possible continuations. In the second session, we revised more generally the project and its components, discussing promising future research directions and collaborations that seem worthwhile to be continued beyond the project’s completion. We are very grateful to all our stakeholders for their commitment and their valuable ideas and inputs to the project.
